Your tasks:

  • General central tasks, such as telephone service, reception of visitors and organization of appointments
  • Ensuring organizational processes and input for various departments
  • Simple support activities for sales (e.g. information on product availability, etc.)

Your requirements:

  • a completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Good organizational skills, independent and structured way of working as well as a confident and customer-oriented manner
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
