Warranty conditions

The area of application of the HM radiator includes closed and permanently filled hot water systems that are professionally installed in accordance with VDI guidelines 2035 and where the operating conditions do not exceed max. 6 or 10 bar operating pressure and max. 110°C operating temperature must be maintained. We refer to the application possibilities and application limits according to BDH information sheet no. 7. Please note that HM radiators must be transported carefully and protected from harmful influences on the construction site. They must be stored in dry, chemically and physically uncontaminated rooms.

If the guarantee conditions are observed, which can be viewed and called up at any time on the Internet at www.hm-heizkoerper.de, HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology grants a 5-year guarantee on the tightness and surface coating of HM radiators and a 2-year guarantee on electrical components from the date of sale for purchases within Germany. The warranty claim must be made in writing to HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology | Wachstedter Straße 13 | 37351 Dingelstädt | info@hm-heating.de or to the dealer by the warranty holder within the warranty period.

If the full warranty conditions are complied with, HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology will, at its discretion, replace the warranty product with an identical or equivalent product (replacement product). Unless HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology and the customer agree otherwise, the customer is obliged to collect the replacement product from HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology or a dealer designated by HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology.

In particular, HM Heizkörper GmbH Heating Technology shall not assume any costs for other damage caused by or due to the defective product, such as installation/removal costs and transportation costs or damage to other property of the warranty holder. The statutory claims of the warranty holder (e.g. from the purchase contract) are not affected or restricted by this warranty.
